A two bedroom timber bungalow style highset house with battens under, the client wanted to make a large family home that took advantage of the block size and the aspect. By utilizing the area under the home for additional living space, the result was a four bedroom residence with study, two living spaces and a large covered verandah. The inherent character of home was retained and emphasised with extensive landscaping.
